The Regular (7m) and Maxi (10m) pack down into an easily
transportable length. A 7m pole is shown in the picture.

The poles are telescopic and the sections lock with a
simple pull and twist motion. The lock relies on friction
between the sections which is fine for temporary use. For
long-term use we recommend taping or gluing the sections.
We recommend the 7m pole for
carrying up mountains, the 10m pole is
heavier and is great for more static portable use.
Poles may differ from the pictures in colour.
Other
Uses
These poles are also ideal
as the top section for home-station vertical antennas.
A few people have purchased
them for use as quad spreaders. People have also bought them to
use as elements for lightweight HF yagis - six poles would make
a near full-sized 3 element beam for 20/30m if attached to a
suitable boom. Four
poles could make a nice "Moxon Rectangle" antenna. One
person recently bought four poles to use at the end of the
elements of his 80m yagi!
The DF4SA Spider Beam.
Details of how to build this 3 element 3 band portable beam
covering 20m, 15m and 10m for portable or Dxpedition use using
these poles are

Follow this
link. Our poles are ideal for this and have already
been used in this application.
The longer poles are good
for reaching hard-to-get places and have been used by theatres
and various arts organisations for a variety of unusual
applications.

Of course all our poles can
be used for fishing as well...
