Suction Clamps for Antennas (pack includes 2 clamps, plumb line, 22 mm adapter and 2 m hook & loop tape)

"fitted in seconds - easy to release too!"

Attaching an antenna mast or flag pole to the smooth side of an RV/caravan/motorhome is easy with our suction clamps. Mount them vertically one above the other using the supplied plumb line on a smooth clean dry surface. Attach your mast to them with our hook and loop tape (also supplied). The clamps are easy to attach and remove and will not mark your RV. The clamps also have a hollow-handle design giving additional options. These amazingly strong clamps are a great solution to a tricky problem!

For extra utility we supply a 22 mm pipe adapter. This will fit into the end of one of the clamps and allows small antennas made with PVC 22.5 mm "overflow" pipe, such as VHF ground-planes, to be easily mounted.

They are also handy for use at home allowing antennas to be attached to windows with ease! Great for flag poles too!

Strength 70 kg (150 lbs)

Weight per clamp 500 grams (18 oz.)

Clamp length 32 cm (12.6 inches)

Kit contents: 2 x suction clamps, 2 m hook and loop tape, 1 x plumb line, 1 x long 22 mm adapter.

Important Notes:

These clamps have a very strong grip so use caution when using them to avoid damaging whatever surface you have attached them to. If in doubt, you must seek the advice of your van manufacturer. In windy conditions, always guy masts/flag poles to reduce transmitted stress.

Always clean the surface before attaching the clamps.

    Suction Clamps

Posted by Peter Cabban on 14th Mar 2019

I have not had the opportunity to use these in earnest yet but they certainly well made, look good and robust enough for the task of holding the centre pole of my inverted Vee. My main problem is finding enough flat vertical surface on the camper.

Manys the time I’ve spent precious operating hours working out where to attach antenna poles on my campervan. Now, thanks to Sotabeams, I have the perfect solution. They’re very sturdy.
