We are as keen as you that you get your Christmas gifts in time, so to help you plan, here are the last posting dates for Christmas deliveries.

Please note that we have no control over the post once items leave us. These are the last posting dates that will still give items a chance of arriving before Christmas, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We post items Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We will be closed from 24th December to 1st January inclusive, but a member of staff will be in the office to process some orders and answer emails on the 29th of December.

Don't leave it until the last moment! We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. This is particularly the case for shipping methods that are sometimes slow, such as Evri, International Standard, and on occasion Royal Mail 2nd class.

International

International Standard / Royal Mail (before 1pm)
Canada	Delays expected, due to rotating strikes by Canada Post workers. We suggest ordering as early as possible.
Rest of world	No information published by Royal Mail yet, except a recommendation to send parcels as early as possible. The international postal system mostly takes between 1 to 3 weeks during quieter times of year, but it is likely to be slower in the lead up to Christmas. For international orders, please order by the end of Thursday 18 Dec to make sure your order will be dispatched before our Christmas holiday, otherwise it might not be sent until early January. Note: this date is not early enough to guarantee delivery to you before Christmas, it just means that we should still have enough time prior to Christmas to get your order packed and on the way to you.
