As with all the SOTABEAMS Kits this is the best in it's class, I would recomend it to anyone, very easy to build.
Excellent kit but disappointed it didnt come with its own enclosure.
The entire idea behind the SOTA product amateur radio range is that of elegant yet practical design lay out, effectiveness and low cost. Building the filters, even for an inexperienced person, was enjoyable and instructive. Using it with the wsprlite has been really easy and has contributed to a day to day understanding of local and international propagation patterns across hf.
I use the filter for my WSPR lite flexi . Compared to the previous version the board is a bit smaller so it fits better in existing housings. It should be useful if a housing similar the box’s load would be offered or the SOTABEAMS housing could be offered.
The kit is easy to assemble and works fine.
Having a very interesting time sorting out and getting on the air.
Because of age and "poor old fingers" have had to recruit some assistance from Steve M0HET in building the filters - Great guy -
Will have another go at feed back in a couple of weeks
