Laser cut from acrylic, our open wire line insulators are easy to use. Their unique design holds the wire firmly and makes them so easy to fit. The supplied insulators will be cut from clear (transparent) acrylic - a material selected for its excellent RF insulation properties. They have been designed for use with our own lightweight Stealth and Hi Viz wires. Line spacing 27.5mm. Making low-loss ladder line is so easy!
Note that when attaching the insulators, the feedline must sit in the engraved groove for optimum performance.
We recommend a spacing between the insulators of about 50 cm for feeders that are held under tension. For other feeder configurations you may need the insulators closer together.

I stuck 2 together (end to end) to enable me to build an 80m and 40m linear loaded dipole, just the job.
Nice finish, well made and substancial. Using these to make the vertical part of a G7FEK style twin leg Marconi. Spacing is enough to reduce interaction without creating a massive gap.
Ribbon feeders weren't suitable for my project as I needed a wider spacing. Sourced these from SOTA. Well made laser cut items which fit 1mm hard drawn copper nicely. The impedance is about 600ohm.

I'd been toying with the idea of making my own spacers for a multi-band dipole but by the time I'd got round to sourcing the ingredients I'd spotted the SOTABEAMS site and found these. Just what I was looking for, and at a sensible price.

Fantastic product bought to use with folded dipole works a treat there also excellent for open wire feeders
i have used them for openwire feedline. With the adequat wire they are working great and keep their position firmly. i first used them before with a stiffer kind of wire and i broke two of them when taking them off the wire again - so i suppose they could be a bit stronger, but the problem was without doubt the stiff wire i was using.
I have used these as spreaders of wire for multiband dipole with common feed point, works great.
